What does made-to-order mean? Is this different from custom-made?
Furniture and Installations - All of our products and installations are made-to-order, meaning once you place your order, we will create the existing design according to the given dimensions on the website.
Custom-made would essentially mean modifying the materials, size, colors and processes shown or even conceptualizing a new idea for your space. If you would like us to create a custom-made collectibles or installations, please reach out to us and we can create a completely new design just for your needs.
Rugs - The pieces that you see listed on the website can be tweaked with accordance to technique, size and color. Beyond that we can create a made-to-order rug just for your space - which would be a new design that fits your requirements!
Can you create a special artwork based on inspiration pictures, design boards, and/or conceptual ideas?
Yes! In fact if you are a new client, we would love for you to send us whatever images you like. That helps us in understanding your likes and preferences and helps us design better. But if you don’t know what you like, that’s fine too. We are great at suggesting something completely out of the box for your space.
How does the payment for custom orders work?
We work with 50% of the total value as advance for custom orders. The order is processed only after the payment is made and the delivery timelines are calculated from then. The delivery timelines vary and it is at Arisaa’s discretion to assign different timelines to different orders.
Remaining 50% of the total value and shipping charges(if any) are deposited once the order is ready and the customer has received an email stating the same. The order is shipped only after the full payment has been made. We do not offer any cancellation of the customised orders, once the order has been placed. If the client does not release the final payment even after being notified, they will be subject to a Court of Law
Sometimes Rugs do not turn out the way we thought they would..
The colour of the actual items may slightly differ from the listing picture due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings. We try our best to capture the closest possible colors. Another important factor to consider is that each piece is hand-dyed and hand-made. Hence colors sometimes do get modified and each piece might not be the same.
Please allow slight deviations in the colors and measurements, although we strive to provide the most accurate version possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ! We do not have shipping rates listed on our website since they would depend on the location. Please get in touch with us before placing an order so we can provide you with the shipping quote within 48 hours.
What about international spatial installations?
International spatial installations, products or rugs would fall under restricted sizing or weight. Please get in touch with us to know more.
Do you work with trade professionals?
Yes! We work with art consultants, designers, and other trade professionals. No project is too big. We are happy to work with you for a great outcome, a great experience and super happy clients!
What about stores and art galleries that like your work?
We would love to collaborate with your store or gallery and have our products/art displayed with you. Please get in touch with us to make that happen!
