Returns & Refunds
If you want to cancel your purchase for whatever reason, you may request an order cancellation within 48 hours of your purchase. We usually start to process orders within 48 hours, after which we will not be able to process a cancellation.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty when it is received.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 8 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send images of the damages and all information to email@example.com with your order number in the subject of the email. If you are eligible for a return, we will give you the destination address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Once we have received the return item(s), we will inspect the item and process your refund. Return shipping will be the customers responsibility. Any damages incurred during transit do not fall under the company’s responsibility.
We do not offer any exchanges. All the details required are mentioned on the website so we suggest you go through it all carefully before placing an order. ‘Arisaa Spaces LLP reserves the right to refuse exchange or return of any merchandise which do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Custom products do not have a return or refund option since they would be made specifically for you. Incase of a damaged product arrival we will fix the product for you once it is returned to us. We must be informed within 8 hours of the delivery to be eligible for the fixing of the product. You could write us an email and share images of the damage. If your claim is eligible, we will inform you to ship the product back to us. Return shipping charges would have to be paid by the customer. Damages incurred due to transport will not be accounted for by Arisaa Spaces LLP.
Any discounted items or items purchased under any offers are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
